Having just celebrated our 14th anniversary, a significant milestone in the company’s history, we have been reflecting on how far the business has come since Rob Cole founded it in his spare bedroom back in 2008.
Now a team of 24, we have seen challenges over the past year but also had some great achievements and a chance to learn, improve and strengthen the way we work.
Our team is developing and we’re excited to have welcomed some new members this year and made some internal promotions, so we are in a strong position to take the business forward.
One of the key developments is founder Rob Cole moving to the more strategic role of CEO. Zoë Loveday has been appointed as the new managing director and will be overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, internally promoted from her role as sales manager. We’re excited about this new chapter for the business. Zoe brings the energy and commitment to grow the business, develop our sustainable offering to clients and propel the business further.
Over the last 12 months, we have been continuing to develop our offering, adding new sustainable materials to our range and designing bathrooms for clients keen to have more sustainable spaces in their homes. We are also designing and delivering sustainable kitchens across the UK, completing projects from the south coast to Anglesey.
Our commitment to sustainability has won us two business awards this year, alongside the Houzz award for excellent customer service. There are some exciting projects we’re working on currently, which we look forward to sharing with you as the year progresses.
We are extremely proud to be leading the way within our industry with our approach to sustainability, which is key to both our business strategy and core values.
