As a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, we pride ourselves on creating highly functional quality kitchens, whilst keeping sustainability and ethics at the core of everything we do.

We aim to use sustainably sourced materials, with a high recycled content, depending on the project. Many of our kitchens have a story to tell, whether it’s the cabinet door fronts that were originally railway wagons, open shelving that had a previous life as a school lab bench (complete with graffiti) or worktops made from glass bottle shards set in a solid resin.

Why choose the award-winning Sheffield Sustainable Kitchens?

Putting customers first

Our priority is ensuring our customers are happy. We listen to your individual needs and ideas and then work closely with you to design a space that works efficiently and fits the way you live. We finish all our work to an extremely high standard. We don’t feel a job is complete until you and we are happy with the quality of all the workmanship. We want to make the process as stress-free as possible, and create a kitchen that you love!

Experienced and skilled team

We are a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and have been thoroughly assessed and vetted for the high quality of their workmanship and continual commitment to excellent customer care. Our team has a solid base of experience: our tradespeople are industry accredited and highly skilled and we’ve got a great team in the office, working away behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Honest and realistic pricing

Our prices reflect the workmanship we put into each kitchen, both in the design and the execution and aftercare. We don’t claim to be the cheapest, but our kitchens are built to last. We strongly believe that you get what you pay for. We always produce a clear quotation detailing what is and isn’t included in the price, so that you’re clear what you are and aren’t getting for your money.

Design is very important to us at Sheffield Sustainable Kitchens. We build our kitchens to last, and we believe in getting the design right, so that your new kitchen not only looks fantastic, but also functions as a highly efficient and practical space. A well designed kitchen is a pleasure to work in, a badly designed one is a daily annoyance. And most importantly, sustainability does not have to compromise design.

We never compromise on the quality of materials we use. We are a winner at the Sheffield Business Awards 2018 and work to extremely high standards. We don’t cut corners. We put in little extras as standard (like our sink base liners) as we feel they’re essential to maintaining the quality of your kitchen in the long term. Our cabinet carcasses are guaranteed for 15 years and all our hinges and drawers carry lifetime guarantees.

Our aim is to work with as little impact on the environment as possible and strive to live by the word “sustainable”. We seek out materials with high recycled content and source responsibly and locally wherever we can. We use our electric fleet wherever possible and encourage our team to cycle short journeys. We’re committed to supporting local businesses and small independents, promoting community and the local economy.

We are keen to ensure that your kitchen continues to function as it should and carry out a standard 3-month health-check after completion. If you experience any issues at all with your kitchen, we want to know! We will do our best to rectify any problems.
